lazygit: built-in diff as default pager, difft and delta behind |

delta's own syntax theme clashes with the terminal colour scheme that
lazygit's built-in diff follows. An entry with no pager and no
externalDiffCommand falls through to the built-in renderer
(pkg/gui/pty.go in 0.61.0).
