I need to determine the list of decision variables for each step:

  • Max launch C3
  • Max incoming C3 (or ||v∞||)
  • Latest arrival
• Decided by outer loop
  • Flyby choices
• Decided by inner loop
  • Launch date
  • Launch v∞_out
  • for each phase:
    • tof
    • v∞_in
    • turning angle
• Decided by NLP
  • thrust profile for each phase
